Hmm I got a hint now from the verbose boot that something with my SMBIOS may has failed. I use a Macbook Pro SMBIOS because I use the IDs from my real Macbook for getting iMessage and Facetime to work. Maybe their is the problem... Will test the standard SMBIOS and edit this post to let ya...
