I recommend you put a fan in the power supply.

Here in my G5 hackintosh, the audio jack has never worked ok. I'm using the AlohaCab.

My bad, it's a Seventeam ST-750P-AF

I did the same thing. I put the Thermaltake power supply inside of the Mac G5 power supply.

Here, my front panel works ok (usb, power button, led), except the audio jack connector. I'm using the AlohaCab cable.
