I don’t have csmvideodxe.efi in my efi or csm in my bios.

So I’m having a similar issue, I also have an msi rx 580 and I have an i5 2400. For the install screen I have to boot it in verbose and it’ll go blank after showing some text, and I leave it there until it stops sending an image to the tv and my power button is flashing(if your power button...

At the two minutes it rebooted. When getting to the installer I have to wait until it stops sending a video signal and the power button led is flashing, and then I hit the power button and it shows up. When I try booting Mojave it shows the verbose stuff and then it goes dark and after a while...

You already checked my efi, and it’s attached in a reply above.

So the new gpu came in and I finally got to the install screen(I have to run verbose or else it won’t work, and I have to wait until the blank screen goes to sleep and then waking it with the power button). I wiped the drive with guid partition map and set the volume to MacOS extended journaled...

So turns out the xfx rx 560 is incompatible with macOS, so I’m going to return it and get an msi rx 560

It still got stuck. Verbose is attached.

Quick question. If everything works while I’m in verbose what happens? Does it take me to install or do I shutdown and boot without verbose?

It's an XFX rx 560 4GB and I'm connecting to my tv hdmi to hdmi.

So I left it for 20-30 mins and it stayed there. I’m going to attach a 3rd verbose Bc there was something I shouldve disabled in bios that others have said to do. There are no graphics options in my bios(it’s a dell bios and i checked to make sure) and here is my EFI folder...

My bad, it looks very similar. I attached the verbose for after disabling. edit: it’s the same exact error even tho I disabled serial port in the bios. It still has the serial detected thing.

I disabled that and still got the same issue.
