My Mojave Drive disappeared in the middle of use, then I went to restarted and verbose listed corruption, is this possible faulty hardware or something on the clover end?

So I got to booting High Sierra from my internal SSD then from there I got to page saying "macOS could not be installed on your computer...installer resources error"
- Since then and rebooting I actually now receive "error allocating 0x11c46 pages at...
