    I foolishly installed Clover and it blocked my Chimera bootloader. To fix it I used Unibeast USB to boot my SSD then I used Clover Configurator to mount the EFI partition and delete everything named Clover and the BOOT folder.     Turns out the Elite 8300 SFF motherboard is BTX! So it's fine if you plan on sticking with the original case but useless if you wish to transplant it into another case for expansion.
