Unlike their Web Driver, Nvidia already provides CUDA Toolkit 8.0 RC, which supports Pascal. So we'll see the official release in the near future.

Do you use the same Serial Number of this build's config.plist?
If so, you must change it immediately. You may cause the exact same trouble to the original owner of this SN.
As for Linux, Pascal has been supported in 367.18 (beta, 2016.5.19) and 367.27 (2016.6.13).

I envy you, Linux.
Oh sorry, I know the new features of Sierra. I mean, why Apple informed me at Beta 4, not at GM?
Speaking of which, I hate to say this but I bet there'll no room for RX480 on the future Mac products therefore it won't be supported.
Although I haven't installed Sierra (but did El Capitan before), somehow Apple sent me a mail about the announcement of Sierra Beta 4 release. Is this release special for something?
Also, this STX bare-bone kit Asrock released looks great for a CustoMac Mini. I'm wondering if I can replace my bulky mATX build with it.

According to the first post, you don't need to edit your blued.plist file at all to fix your problem.
