After one week of trying, I finally successfully installed a fully working OSX Maverick on my Hackintosh.

I solved all of the problems slightly differently from your suggestions.

if I understood correctly, standard procedure like I did, only add in MB voodoo kext, in chameleon wizard I should only check after MB do its job, the standard 0x2000 and dart=0, not anymore cpus=1, correct?

you have to have the installation of the OSX in the Application folder. there are many tutorials on the net (YT) also.
Multibeast when is installing it searches for the operating system in the Aplication folder, if it doesn't find it, it will give you that message
