I did try the multibooting_UEFI section before. These HPs have a really limited BIOS/UEFI interface. I am testing a tip I got about using easyUEFI under windows to make this work. I will report back.

I am also trying this on an M81 with a Nvidia Card. I have tried Unibeast 6 to create a UEFI boot version and a legacy version of El Capitan. UEFI does not boot at all. Legacy shows the apple progress then hangs halfway and goes to sleep (drives spin down etc). Anyone have details on the BIOS...
