Yep! Still waiting for a bluetooth fix for my ar5b195 to work on boot/wake without having to wait around 30 seconds for it to connect. Everything else is working as good as it did in 10.8( apart from issues that are apparent on "real" macs).

Works great on z77n-wifi, 2600k, GTX 670 (HDMI).
Left HDAEnabler1.kext in S/L/E and still retains both HDMI audio through 670 and onboard audio.

A bit of a messy way around the...
Choose either "Official Realtek driver for 81xx Ethernet controllers" or the "Lnx2Mac's installer Realtek driver" should get ethernet back. Id try the official one first and if no luck the other one.
Im using the same motherboard but have a wireless card so don't use the ethernet port but...
if you can see the four options theres not need to repair/rebuild but one of them should work, Its the second one for me. try one at a time though. Make sure volume on T.V. is up aswell.
Image attached, you might have to repair kext permissions and rebuild cache after. After reboot it'll be one of the 4 outputs in sound preferences.

Well I'm going try figure out whats up with it 2moro, only realised earlier trying to find a phone number and my contacts were not there.
Sure it'll be something easy to solve, how long have you been aware of it?
Apart from this I'm loving the fusion drive, yeah its a little slower than...
The one with [PCI configuration begin] error might be able to be solved with boot flags
try booting with npci=0x2000 and also -v , try this first if you haven't already
then post results.

boot up using the technique you did after installing the os. go to system/library/extensions and delete the "AppleTYMCE.kext" or use a different smbios profile, maybe go back to MacPro 3,1 rather than 5,1.
Dumb#1: Go to system preferences > Mouse > and uncheck Scroll Direction : Natural.
Dumb#2: Yes
Dumb#3: People have got it working, try it and see what happens.
