Good for you man! But if you're using the GA H77N-WiFi, because of its memories place, i still think the case is too tight for everything ... but it's worth a try... good luck!

BIOS Configuration:
Get into the BIOS Settings (DEL), Load Optimized Defaults (F7) and then adjust the following:
Peripherals
xHCI Mode = AUTO (default)
XHCI Hand-off = Enabled (default)
EHCI Hand-off = Enabled (default was Disabled)
Power Management
High Precision Event Timer = Enabled...
I'm already running 10.8.3 as well, but i really don't know how to help you cause both of my ports work fine. And surprisingly when i updated from 10.8.2 to 10.8.3, i didn't have any problems, not even with the audio. Everything just works as before.

I just changed my Mac mini 6,1 definition to Mac Pro 5,1. But before doing it, i deleted AppleTyMCEDriver.kext from my /system/library/extensions folder.
Didn't seem to improve anything at all. Still don't know which one is better for my build, i might just stay a while with Mac...
I checked FakeSMC Plugins for hardware monitoring purposes, since i run iStat menus but i ended up deleting the HWMonitor Application that comes with cause i didn't need it.
And i checked Mac mini 6,1 definition simply because it's the machine that inspired my build. But i'll be trying soon...
I'll definitely post some pictures of the machine soon. I'm just waiting for my wifi/bluetooth card to arrive, then i'll be taking some pictures of the whole hardware.
And the CPU fan that i'm using is the original one that comes in the box with the i5 3570K processor.
