Solved by using RTCMemoryFixup.kext, no more bios error at start i still have a problem while boot (sometimes it fails and restart also for 2 times but at least it starts on the 3rd) i don't figured out when that happen but idc for now cause it didn't happen everytime

Hey dude i have this same problem : Successful sleep but when trying to wake up PC turn on on few seconds and turn off after. PC start to turn on few second later and i got panic error after booting. EDIT: i solved my problem installing that kext RTCMemoryFixup.kext
