I use Aukey B01AAETL6Y and ORICO PFU3-202I. They both work well withaut any issues.
Does anyone know how to get AppleLPC.kext to load on GA-Z170X-UD5 with i7-6700K ?
I am using iMac17,1 system definition and SSDT generated with ssdtPRGen script.
tonymacx86,
What else besides ssdtPRGen SSDT is required to get AppleLPC.kext to load on GA-Z170X-UD5 with i7-6700K ?
Is AppleLPC.kext loaded on your system?
Nice find Saminn,
If this thing works as expected it would be second adapter in existence that is capable to work properly in any PCI-E slot. It is cheaper and easier to purchase then my wdxxfu studio adapter which is only avialable from Taobao...
Saminn,
It is all about ability to power Bluetooth part from sources other then PCI-E rail.
To power 3.3V Bluetooth from 5V USB rail, circuit board must contain step down voltage converter. Most likely AMS1117 module would be used for this purpose...

You don't need to edit DSDT for different processor. CPU detection and its CStates, PStates injection is done automatically by bootloader with GenerateCStates=Yes and GeneratePStates=Yes keys.
Just make sure that your BIOS version fully supports six core CPUs.
DSDT modifications from this post can be used with any X58 motherboard:

Check up on these two wdxxfu studio adapters. So far they have...
It may be bed Card or bed adapter.
I do not see any reason why Apple BCM94360CD would not work on Asrock motherboards with proper adapter.
Do other Asrock users confirm that Apple BCM94360CD doesn't work with Asrock motherboards???
