Ive been using this tablet with Mojave for a few years now (Since 2019) and its great! Ive learned the same thing you did with the I2C and I2CHID kexts. So 2.6.2 works perfectly? What AppleALC version are you using? I had issues with the latest version.

Ive tried to use your EFI and it boot into the installer and all of that all fine. When I try and boot into the OS after the final installs stuff it gets stuck at an issue about something GPU related. I did add some kexts to get the keyboard working.

Haven't been here in a LONG ASS time so Ive been out of the loop. My G1 has been running 10.14.4 stable for a while now. I am wanting to know what the status of Catalina is and if anyone has made any improvements on catalina. Im basically running the original stuff besides the updated kexts...

You cant install ChromeOS on a normal computer. Your gonna have to use something like CloudReady.

When I say max/factory cap. I meant the original capacity of the battery. The weird part is that it drops every reboot. Maybe even every charge. It shows the heath is 100%. It shows the factory capacity and the current. They are the same but keep dropping. Like you said, The battery is old...

One issue Im having with my G1. The battery life is horrible at times. Like 4 hours horrible. When I normally/used to get around 6+ hours. In iStat Menus and other battery apps it keeps showing my max/factory cap is dropping. idk why...

On the G1 the latest version/update does not work at all on the G1. The right and left side of the trackpad act as the corresponding mouse buttons regardless of the settings you set. The multi touch works great though. The 2 finger click and stuff works every time.

Im having the same issue. For me, I had a perfectly working config but Im using the macbook10,1 and I need 9,1 what can I do to fix this KP when switching without having to change over my config?

No ive disabled tap to click since the 2 finger click is so finicky. Let me try and record and upload a video showing what its doing.
