    USB3.0 works (almost 100%) on 6-series MB on Mojave (GA-Z68AP-D3 - i7 3770K - Radeon HD 7850 )

Yes, I did have update: I found that my USB 3.0 ports were not under XHCI, but PXSX (in IORegistryExplorer). I then deleted USBinject and mXHCD kexts, and installed the latest GenericUSBXHCI. And then my two 3.0 hubs started working (one in the monitor and one stand alone) at full speed...

Plex and Chrome Crash Sierra Install

Hi newtonuk, we have similar builds and I am also running into this problem with certain apps freezing my system (mine is freezing with Chrome and Opera). I am running High Sierra. I know my issue is related to GenericUSBXHCI which I had to install to get my USB 3.0 working, but now opening...

Hi a, I have the same issue as you with the monitor USB 3.0 hub not working at all after installing mXHCD. I tried another USB 3.0 hub and it also does not work. Also similar to you in that the USB 3.0 ports work when I plug in a single drive (not a hub). Did you get your hub working? Thanks

Downgrading from High sierra back to sierra or El Capitan

Hey, P1LGRIM. I made a Sierra UniBeast flash drive and tried to downgrade from High Sierra (without formatting the hd) but when the installer boots up and I select the drive to install on it gives me the error message "The source contains a newer release of macOS. Your Mac requires an upgrade...

[Solved] Reboot loop with "Attempting system restart" after High Sierra upgrade finished

Excellent! Mounting the drive as an external drive on another Mac and removing the EvOreboot.kext from /System/Library/Extensions was a success! I was finally able to boot up and complete the installation of High Sierra. Many thanks P1LGRIM!!

[Solved] Reboot loop with "Attempting system restart" after High Sierra upgrade finished

Where do I remove EvOreboot.kext from? I don't see it inside EFI/CLOVER/kexts. I only have FakeSMC.kext and RealtecRTL8111.kext inside the kexts folder. Thanks

[Solved] Reboot loop with "Attempting system restart" after High Sierra upgrade finished

I disabled the IGFX in BIOS. I am now getting a panic reboot instead of the "Attempting system restart" message (image attached after finding the halting debug=0x100 argument). I went through and cleaned out any unnecessary kexts and drivers from CLOVER and then tried nv_disable=1, but the...

[Solved] Reboot loop with "Attempting system restart" after High Sierra upgrade finished

Unfortunately, it does the same thing. I tried it twice in a row to see if was part of the installation's multi-reboot process, but it didn’t work. Any other suggestions? Thanks

[Solved] Reboot loop with "Attempting system restart" after High Sierra upgrade finished

Attached are the photos you requested. Sorry for the bad quality, reboot occurs immediately after everything is printed on screen. I've also included a video of the process here: https://streamable.com/ipxcp (note: my drive's name is "Yosemite") In the last image with "@kec.pthread ...", the...

[Solved] Reboot loop with "Attempting system restart" after High Sierra upgrade finished

Hey all, I've had my hackintosh with Yosemite/Clover for about 4 years. It was stable for the most part, but I kept running into programs that have discontinued support of Yosemite. I decided to upgrade to High Sierra using this guide...
