The trick is to copy the AppleRTC.kext outside of /S/E/L, run the script, put it back inside /S/E/L (make backup of original one) and run kext utility.

Got GA-P55M-UD4 and everything except sleep (CMOS Reset after restart) is working perfectly.

Same problem with GA-P55M-UD4 and i5-750. I'm trying to find a solution. Will post here if I've success.
