Scratch that I was messing up the boot loader installer. It seems with the new bios the trackpad works without patching. Do I still need the battery patch or do new Kexts fix that? If so, which new Kexts should I get?

Hey so I was able to successfully update to 17G4015 using my usb boot drive. Got nvidia working as well. This is just a suggestion, but maybe put that in the guide for now so peeps like me, who are noobs, can update? One minor thing though is that I have to check the "use nvidia web driver" box...

Does nvidia work with the 17G2208 build of High Sierra? If so do I need a specific driver version? The guide makes it seem like I need the 17G3025 build. Also let me know if these types of questions need to be in another thread. I don't want to be clogging things up causing confusion.
