Hey, can you explain in detail how you do this in Device Properties? I also have a Vega 64 and I have no results with either ssdt or kext in Opencore's EFI. And if possible, send your EFI?
Thanks for the feedback. I'm using Opencore and I managed to solve it by changing the Target to 0 (within Misc / Debug). It seems that this disables log.
I also don't have enough knowledge to understand the log.
Should i worry? The system is running like a charm.
Hello. I migrated from Clover to Opencore. At first it's ok, but every time I boot, a log .txt file appears in the Clover root folder. Does anyone know if it's a problem? And how do you disable it?
Thank you so much, @jaymonkey.
So I understand that the best for me is to use the 18.3 smbios, right?
I read that they were indicating 19,x for 8700k. But is this valid for 10.13.6 or for the above systems?
I can't get graphical acceleration on igpu using SMBIOS 19.1 or 19.2. I tried with the indicated ig-platform, but it doesn't work. When I use smbios 18.3, it activates without having to use ig-platform.
Does anyone know how to solve? I am using 10.13.6 with a GTX 1080 and an 8700k.
Hello,
I have an Archer T9E | AC1900 PCI and always worked perfectly. Lately he has been very slow. The "Tx rate" stands at 13 mbps on a 5GHZ connection that always worked close to 1300 Mbps. My system is 10.13.6. Do I need some kext? It was never accurate.
Thank you.
Thank you, Toleda. I leave it checked. Not at home now, but watching on the Intel program, it keeps at 4.8GHz (I did OC on my 8700k) during a render at the premiere, for example. I say this because I did not read anything about the Plugin Type with 8700k in the Sierra.
