Well, I’m not sure exactly what fixed it. Tried many things. Unless you have the same hardware as me, I’m doubtful that my solutions would apply to you. Do you have the same MSI board? I started with a basic configuration though. Then had the DSDT patched once I was able to boot.

I replied on another thread about this. I had the same problem. Much different hardware, but, all it took was a simple ground lift on the computer. Give it a shot

I had this issue with a build. It was driving me nutts. My solution was insanely simple. I used a ground lift adapter on the computer power. Noise went away.
