    [SUCCESS] Gigabyte Designare Z390 (Thunderbolt 3) + i7-9700K + AMD RX 580

I’ve decided to sell my Vega64 and get a Nvidia GPU since I don’t need a lot of GPU power in macOS (mainly office stuff and sometimes Lightroom) and primarily use my GPU in Windows for gaming. So what’s the best way to use only the IGPU? I would guess MacMini8,1 would be better than iMac19,1...

    [SUCCESS] Gigabyte Designare Z390 (Thunderbolt 3) + i7-9700K + AMD RX 580

Couldn’t find the answer in your guide, but why are you actually using whatevergreen even if the Sapphire RX 580 is natively supported?

    [SUCCESS] Gigabyte Designare Z390 (Thunderbolt 3) + i7-9700K + AMD RX 580

Thank you so much, will try it as soon as possible! EDIT: By the way is there a guide/tuturial which explains how creating a SSDT file works, I'm curious to be able to also create it by my own ;)

    [SUCCESS] Gigabyte Designare Z390 (Thunderbolt 3) + i7-9700K + AMD RX 580

Thanks for testing all this! Would be awesome if you could upload a modified version of the SSDT which allows also USB2 on my monitor when connected via one of the Thunderbolt connector :) I don't care if an other port on the back wouldnt work then. Would it be also an alternative to use the...

    [SUCCESS] Gigabyte Designare Z390 (Thunderbolt 3) + i7-9700K + AMD RX 580

Thanks! I’ve tried it for hours and thought I was just too stupid to follow your guide :D Just that I get this right. Thunderbolt 3 is supposed to be „downward compatible“ to USB-C? That’s why it is working in Windows and the BIOS settings without any problems. But the Titan Ridge Controller...

    [SUCCESS] Gigabyte Designare Z390 (Thunderbolt 3) + i7-9700K + AMD RX 580

Its a LG 27UK850-W monitor with USB-C. When connecting a MacBook 12“ it works perfectly. I have a USB-C cable which came with the monitor and a USB-C cable which came with the MacBook. Is it even possible to use the Thunderbolt Ports „only“ for USB-C? Because if not, that would explain a lot :D

    [SUCCESS] Gigabyte Designare Z390 (Thunderbolt 3) + i7-9700K + AMD RX 580

Ok, so I did everything like I'm told to following your guide (using the Z390 Designare). It works except Thunderbolt. I’ve connected my monitor (it has a USB hub and a USB-C connector) to my hackintosh via USB-C, but the USB hub doesnt work. Doesn’t also matter whether I connect my gpu...

Radeon Compatibility Guide - ATI/AMD Graphics Cards

Do you suffer any mouse (cursor) lagging, like every second, not much but noticeable?

    nⓩxtMac Pro - i9-9900k - Gigabyte Aorus z390 Pro - macOS Mojave - Sapphire Vega 64 Reference

Yes the mouse cursor is lagging every second. Not sure whether @MESwan uses the "normal“ Vega 64 or the Nitro+ version (which is the only one I could get) and if he only suffers mouse lagging... EDIT: I’m currently running the installation of macOS 10.14.4 on a second disk to check if the mouse...

    nⓩxtMac Pro - i9-9900k - Gigabyte Aorus z390 Pro - macOS Mojave - Sapphire Vega 64 Reference

Are you using the Sapphire Radeon RX Vega 64 Nitro+ 8GB? I have it installed on a Z390-F board with SMBIOS 19,1 and 10.14.5 Public Beta 2. But when using DP on my LG 4K HDR monitor my system suffers a mouse lag every 1-2 seconds. When switching to HDMI it seems to show no lag or at least barely...

Radeon Compatibility Guide - ATI/AMD Graphics Cards

I have currently a Sapphire Nitro+ Vega 64 running (macOS 10.14.5 Beta 2 and SMBIOS 19,1). The fans are controlled correctly but when using DP (doesn’t matter which one of both) I have mouse lag problems... when using HDMI it seems fine so far. Does anyone have an idea how I could fix it, would...

The everything works Asus Z390-I Gaming * i7-8700K * SAPPHIRE NITRO+ Radeon RX Vega 64 Build

Maybe its just 10.14.5 Public Beta 2 but I just found out, that my mouse is stuttering/lagging about every 2 seconds for just a blink of an eye like a frame was dropped. It happens with my USB mouse and my Magic Mouse (using BCM94360CD). Ive already reseted my NVRAM (pressing F11 in clover boot...
