I had the same issue too. You must agree the terms and conditions, it will pop up somewhere in your mac when you check for updates. Once you accept it will update to iTunes 11.1.
It's for marketing purpose. For a Mac customer who is not in the business of a Custom Mac will buy this card. For Custom Mac builders it makes no sense to buy this card, it's actually a downgrade!

Installed combo. Reboot and everything was fine.
So far Asus P8Z68-V PRO is one of the easiest MOBO to install SL/Lion and I've been doing hackintoch since Leopard days :mrgreen:
