I had a similar issue. Try going to the bios and make sure that boot device order is correct.

I had the same problem with the USB3 ports not working. The Bitfenix Prodigy case has 2 plug in cables for USB3. They can't both be in at the same time. I removed the big one and my 2 ports on the side panel started working. The USB3 ports on the Gigabyte GA-Z77N-Wifi board still worked but...

Corsair TX650M (8 Pin EPS) vs GA-Z77N-WIFI (4 Pin EPS) I just built the CustoMac Mini Deluxe to Tonymac's specs (February 2013). The Corsair TX650 Modular power supply has a 8 pin EPS CPU power cable. The problem is that the motherboard (GA-Z77N-WIFI) has a 4 pin slot. What should I do?
