Hi I did not need to do that in SL and Lion. But might be the issue why I cannot boot into ML. I will try that? Do you have an easy method of doing it or is the best way just to use Google :)

What fix? I only removed original Intel 1st gen Core i graphics kext and put empty files instead. These files are then being copied from the flash drive to the HDD. This was to prevent blank screen after booting into flash drive.
