Metal 2 with RPR isn't the samething as Cycles with OpenCL at all, they are differnt renderers completly. This thread shouldn't be marked as solved tbh.

the RX580 isn't faster at all, not on paper not in real life. I'm not sure where you got that idea from but something is wrong with your configuration.

Ended up getting it sorted with the binary at https://github.com/kzlekk/HWSensors/releases/tag/6.26 instead of the pkg, don't know why it worked this time around but the binary did work for me. Hope this helps anyone out there.

Everything went smooth but now I can't change fanspeed and HWMonitor keeps asking me for a password to install new "helper tool" everytime I try to change the fanspeed. Doesn't seem to be changing either, did anyone else have any issues with fakeSMC sensors and HWMonitor not changing the...

Same problem here, I noticed on Windows the Cache frequency of the 4790k is 3.99GHz. Wish I knew how to fix it but I'm not sure if it actually matters to be honest.

Yes I injected intel, also AppleIntelAzulkext, AppleintelHD4000kext are in S/L/E I also have FakePCIID_Intel_HD_Graphics.kext, whatevergreen and lilu in clovers other folder
