Looks like you're connecting your TV using HDMI 2.0. With HDMI, OS X is limited to 4K at 30Hz. It's just not going to do 60Hz. You need Displayport for that.

Lemme make sure I understand you correctly. You want to remove parts of the operating system that are there for a reason to "gain more stability"? If Apple thought they were "Unnecessary" and could cause problems, wouldn't they have logic in the OS to remove them?

Your "About My Mac" shows that the system is recognizing your onboard graphics, and not your GPU. Chances are, your BIOS settings or something else is wonky, making OS X think there's no GPU installed.
