In my case, after installing the last security update for Yosemite 10.10.2, NVIDIA Web Drivers refuse to load, it says that its incompatible with this version of Yosemite. And yes, they are, 343.02.02f02. It seems that the last security update screw some things. Now i'm running with OS X...

Mine is MBA 5,2. So as i can see i have the same U310 as you, but with a less muscle in the processor. But i have to say that is way better in Mac than Win7.

GenericUSBXHCI or AppleUSBXHCI breaks sleep, at least in my U310. Mmm, PXHCD do nothing, still being detected USB ports as 2.0. Keep trying. Im running out of ideas, but i dont have any USB 3.0 gadgets so... it's not a big problem, for now.

Using 6 series enables Sleep only with USB 2.0. But remenber, still cannot use AppleXHCUSB or GenericXHCUSB. This last DSDT looks more polished. We still need that 3.0 patch or someone says around there that we can use PXHCD. I'll make a try.
