After doing more research, I don't think it is safe to assume that Netflix on Safari will work, or even streaming iTunes movies.

After your installation, how stable do you find your system? Do you experience kernel panics or crashes frequently? How difficult do you find updating? The last time I was on a hackintosh was 2010, so I want to get a feel for how things have changed before committing to trying a new build. Thanks!
