    Applepowermangment issue

Do you have NullCPU in either /Extra/Extensions or /S/L/Extensions ? Since you have a Gigabyte mobo you normally should not need it. There's a brief pause when AICPUPM "times out" and NullCPU takes over. If I understand things correctly that is.........

Lion System Freezes: Apparent hang in main graphics engine

Lots of discussions on the HD3000 at discussions.apple.com. Real Macbooks also have this problem. Seems not even completely fixed in 10.8.2

    Developing on your hackintosh (Xcode/iOS/Cocoa)

Yep seen the problem many times. Could be Chimera / Chameleon issue or GPU driver for HD3000. Sometimes rebooting fixes it, other times a cold boot, some boots are "better" than others so its weird

    Question Trim Support on SSD

https://gist.github.com/3768688 Find out if you need TRIM at all, I read some SandForce based ones have good enough garbage collection. if you can use TRIM then go ahead, but caution with old TRIMEnabler versions.

    Best/Excellent build for Photoshop/Indesign etc

There is no "perfekt" Hackintosh build, you will always find things to dislike about them... But for design stuff at least get a good-looking case if it will be placed on a desk. Someone else will have to comment on the image quality of video cards; nVidia or ATI? which is better? I would think...

Work Mac - GPU for Dual Monitor OOB Compatibility

Cheaper still is the ZOTAC GT 610 (2x DVI, mini-HDMI, heatsink = silent). ML compatibility, read this thread http://www.tonymacx86.com/graphics/64658-nvidia-gt610-10-8-fix.html

    Intel Wifi not working....

Get a different card off eBay or something... Broadcom, Atheros, or Dell. ...as the Intel ones seem to be very little supported, sadly.
