you should just type the number you want and it will replace the auto if you have it selected

All you have to do is uninstall the windows realtek drivers and you are fine

Are you using a USB2 port on the motherboard?

I think this "wake" might be different because what I gathered (but unsure) is before people had to load up windows every time they wanted to activate their TB port. Maybe someone can chime in and tell me? In my case I can go from a cold boot directly to mac and the thunderbolt port works.

Same- Updated to clover 3556, changed bios ErP and have shutdownfix + SlpSmiAtWake options in clover and it did not fix it for me, but again it might be my watercooling usb.
