Using latest builds of OpenCore and the support kexts, and after adding AppleIntelI210Ethernet.kext from another Monterey install and a couple more lines to my config.plist, Yuudachi is running Ventura.

iCUE Mac works fine, but occasionally takes its time detecting devices. Of course, the caveat is it doesn't support internal devices - I need the Windows version to set up the fan and memory lighting, and the cooler; the HX1000i also won't show in iCUE Mac.

It might help to see a list of the partitions on your drives. Open a terminal and type diskutil list and screenshot the results. You mention you didn't create any partitions before installing. This might explain it, but not how you managed to install it without doing so. I'm assuming macOS...
