After installing 10.11.6 security update, I can't boot my El capitan.
I have done all things rehabman told us -
Copying CLOVERX64.efi to EFI/Clover/CLOVERX64.efi and EFI/BOOT/BOOTX64.efi.
I took a picture regarding my problem.
here it is.
Need help~~

OK, I know and I will rename them back to the original name. Another problem is that Drop OEM will make my computer reboot many times. Even though it boot successfully, the graphic card was unable to be found. Lots of problems emerged as if I just installed my El capitan without any fix.
Oh~~~, that's terrible news for me. How do I fix that? Lots of people like me use two disks, but how do they can see all the bootloader disk image in clover panel?
I forgot to tell you that I rename SSDT-6 to SSDT-9 into SSDT-3 to SSDT-6. I apologize to you for uploading more than one EFI. I just uploaded them on the wrong thread.
It means that my windows and ubuntu bootloader are in HDD. I am sorry for using the wrong word. It's the EFI file(including Microsoft and ubuntu files) in HDD.
The main problem is that when my computer goes into sleep, it just reboot.
Here are what you need:
Jasons-MacBook-Air:~ jasonecstatic$ kextstat|grep -y acpiplat

Checked. No fast boot in bios. How to check the clover booting? With bdmesg? If so, here is my computer bdmesg.txt. It seems like my clover cannot scan my EFI files in HDD(Windows and Ubuntu, both of them are not legacy mode). However, as I boot in Mac, it can find my HDD disk, and I can also...
My computer is G56JK, and I installed the WINDOWS and Ubuntu in HDD, while I installed the MAC in SSD. In HDD EFI file, there are WINDOWS boot loader file and Ubuntu boot loader file(grubx64), and relatively, in SSD EFI file, there is Clover file. It seems that it can show all boot loader disk...
Ya, I know that. Here is my ACPI file. I have used the all patches you showed in Common Patches, but in Filtering ACPI files, I really don't know which SSDTs should be dropped. Also, which x.aml files do I need to place in patch and set them in sorted order?
The bdmesg showed me the answer like what I see in the clover panel - just HFS+ partition.
**in bdmesg.txt
-0:121 0:000 Partition driver loaded:
-0:121 0:000 HFS+ driver loaded
**
How should I fix that? All bios setting is right, and all config.plist setting is right. Do you know which part...
Done using the native power management, but when I let my computer in sleep, it still reboot automatically. Is there another way to fix that? Thanks Rehabman.
I found I didn't know how to analyze clover booting by bdmesg. There is too much information in terminal for me to search the certain part. Could you guide me how to analyze clover booting with the information from bdmesg? Thanks.
Wow, I see. But how to analyze my Clover bootlog to determine which disks/partitions/etc it is seeing? Use the icon in the bottom of the clover screen?
It goes though the restart not just the login screen. Where to enable hibernation?
The symptom like this website showing me: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/299721-sleep-hibernation-how-it-works-and-how-to-use/
Here is the symptom:
When I wake up my mac, my computer show me the process of turning on my computer, but not the login screen. And after I choose the Mac partition, it appears the "hibernated" word. My mac seems to go to the login screen after I enter the partition; however, my computer starts...
