Can you please share your EFI folder? I've vanilla/fresh installed 10.14.6 using the EFI folder of Shubam on my Dell Inspiron 15 7559 with BIOS version 1.3.0, i7-6700HQ, 16GB RAM, HDD and FullHD screen. It's booting up, but Intel Graphics, Keyboard, Touchpad, Brightness, etc are not working...
