So my computer has been working perfectly for the last 6 months or so, however for some strange reason when I boot up my computer it just turns off after the apple screen. I tried unplugging the power and resetting it, no luck. Any suggestions?

Just discovered that about all my USB ports on my mobo isn't working with the dongle for some strange reason. However it works on my keyboard! wow. So it works now because I plugged it on my usb keyboard not the back. Thanks for all your help. I appreciate your time and effort! See you around.

I honestly have no clue as stupid as that sound. lol. Do you suggest me to just buy a newer one? like the IOGear Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter since majority of people have that? Should that solve my issue since I have a really old bluetooth dongle. Thanks for helping me btw! I really appreciate it.

I noticed that all new motherboard use the 1150 socket and my current i3 is 1156. Is it worth it to upgrade to a 1150 mobo and get a new cpu so I can have the newest up to date hardware?
