OC and kext updates are always available on Github. Milliuco maintains a thread here about the differences in OC versions. As others have experienced you may encounter performances issues with your GPU if you update to macOS 12.3.
Nice - so you can utilize the built in Intel graphics with you Z490 Vision D if you don't have another dGPU and use your VegaVII in your Z690. Hope this answers your question.
Not sure which Intel Graphics you are talking about. This thread is for the Z690 motherboard and the built in Intel graphics do not work, you will need a supported dGPU. However, your hardware profile indicates you are using a Z490 motherboard which the built in Intel graphics work just fine.
