Did you format your drive before OS install? Are you following http://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/unibeast-install-os-x-el-capitan-on-any-supported-intel-based-pc.172672/? This boot flag sequence worked for me.... cpus=1 npci=0x2000 nvda_drv=1 dart=0. Report back!

Thanks for this thread Shiloh! I have my Sabertooth X79 up and running with 10.11.5. But only have Bluetooth audio and no USB 3 support. (But USB 3 drive with power will work in USB 2 port,) Also no wake from sleep as well as OS X default graphic drivers after installing...
