All of those issues are solved with DSDT patching. Check the stickies.
hint : screen brightness requires a kext/patch, using shortcuts to adjust requires dsdt patch. camera and bluetooth is USB related patch.
You're on a different boat than I was on. When my patch failed, I couldn't boot at all. It'll end up with a blank screen with a blinking cursor. If you can boot into OSX (with or without inject intel), you can do a mv CoreDisplay.bak CoreDisplay in the correct folder if you have access to a...
quick heads up,
the 10.12.6 update would not let me patch coredisplay properly. everytime i did it, it would result in an error and would not let me boot. only fix from that was to reinstall sierra.
had to
sudo /sbin/mount -uw /
before i could patch it correctly. not sure if it was just an...
yes. If you fix your USB DSDT/SSDT issues, your camera, BT and touchscreen will work. Brightness control is part of DSDT/SSDT, but not USB related.

Just updated to Sierra from El-Capitan. Only issue I ran into was the Wi-Fi. The kexts provided by OP would not work for me. I had to download new ones from RehabMan's repo (fakepciid), and now they work. Audio has been working so far. I had to re-use my SSDT patches for brightness. I didn't...

edit : Also noticed that if the light is on and I close the lid and wait for it to go into standby/sleep/rest, the light will be off when...
The issue with the webcam light is definitely kext/ACPI related.
My previous installation that didn't have power management had the webcam light working fine.
My current installation with everything working (except AppleHDA. I can't figure out how to patch that, but still learning) won't turn...
