Same here. Tried a new installation at least 20 times now, every time with changed MultiBeast settings. I assume it has something to do with MultiBeast, why else should the first boot work fine (with -x -y maxmem=4096) and not anymore after installing MultiBeast?

It's a kernel panic. Try searching the forum for a solution for that problem and your Motherboard.
