I have the same laptop, and having the audio working with voodoohda.kext and applealc.kext(with layout id 98,99). I dont have the usb c - hdmi audio yet. still working on it. Rest all other things are working perfectly fine even in Big Sur 11.0.1 beta

i have used luletter build and got it working almost. The only thing not functioning is the USB C. It will function only if its connected on boot. and hotplug also not working with USB C.

I would suggest you to use the attached AppleALC.Kext in EFI/Clover/Kext/Other along with latest version of codeccommander.kext in S/L/E. i got the audio working along with HDMI Audio using the same method. I had the problem which you have mentioned earliar, at that point i was using voodooHDA...
