No Problem! The best thing about those cards is that they're available on ebay between 20-25 bucks (They ship from china so theres a delay), you can also find them on amazon and newegg (Third party sellers).

#716.. OSX natively supports this card. Replace the existing intel card that came with your board with this one. It fits in the existing slot. Just make sure you get the correct form factor card.
Enabling RAID and copying the DSDT.aml file to EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched folder did not work for me. Disk utility still can not see any drives in the the system. I think the difference is the modified BIOS, which I cant find anywhere.
Sorry for my ignorance, Is the DSDT file supposed to be used with unibeast when making the bootable installation drive? I followed the tutorial on this site and I didn't see a place to inject any files..

Ah, ok, sorry about that, it slipped by me that you mentioned that you were running 10.6.8 in your post from a few days ago.. I think we may need the modified bios to actually enable AHCI in the bios so that it's selectable, to get it to recognize the drives..
