after 10x shutdowns, i found out the culprit...! i'm using this "Plugable USB Audio Adapter with 3.5mm Speaker/Headphone for my speaker, after 10x isolations of all USB peripherals, the only thing that causes the restart (when shutting down) is the USB Adaptor.

but.. i found out that my build have problem in shutting down. After clicking the shutdown command, my hackintosh go on restart and again the error showed up.
