    Gigabyte Z490 Vision D (Thunderbolt 3) + i5-10400 + AMD RX 580

Downgrading with QFlash isn't possible, that's right, but with QFlash plus I've always been able to downgrade the BIOS, even the capsule BIOS versions. I think, that when the capsule BIOS was introduced, the warning about the inability to downgrade was adopted for all boards, although it was...

    Problem with Asus XG-C100F Sonoma

It is a challenge for most inexperienced users to adapt the ACPI path in an SSDT. In contrast, it is child's play to copy the device path from the Hackintool, for example, and paste it into OC.

    Problem with Asus XG-C100F Sonoma

The SSDT is not necessary here and makes it more complicated for users who operate the card in a different slot because the path has to be adapted accordingly. For this reason, the device properties function in OpenCore is, in my opinion, always preferable. The device properties for the ASUS...

    Gigabyte Z490 Vision D (Thunderbolt 3) + i5-10400 + AMD RX 580

@counterfactual You did the upgrade to Ventura with all fake-kexts enabled and everything is working with them?

    Gigabyte Z490 Vision D (Thunderbolt 3) + i5-10400 + AMD RX 580

@JoanSilva17 Is everything working as it should now or not? If you use the EFI folder I uploaded with the DMAR delete rule and the loading of the modified DMAR table enabled, everything should work. @counterfactual Look out for I225Mod.zip and follow the instructions, delete all i225-v related...

    Gigabyte Z490 Vision D (Thunderbolt 3) + i5-10400 + AMD RX 580

@juseon123 You are indeed right. It is really the iGPU that is causing the problem. I initially suspected the CNVi Intel WiFi module, but after reinstalling it for testing purposes, this suspicion was not confirmed. After your hint with the iGPU, I set up a test system with iMac20,2 SMBIOS and...

@starchyfind Ok, then you are the second one who is not affected by these problems. Which BIOS version are you using?

    Gigabyte Z490 Vision D (Thunderbolt 3) + i5-10400 + AMD RX 580

On my Z490 Vision D, I have AppleVTD running (dropped original DMAR/load modified DMAR). The I225-V, the AQC107 and my BCM943602CDP are working fine, too.

    Gigabyte Z490 Vision D (Thunderbolt 3) + i5-10400 + AMD RX 580

I would be interested to know if everyone here is actually affected by the problem with AppleVTD and the WiFi not working, since I don't have the problem. I'm trying to figure out the differences. For example, in my system the CNVi Intel WiFi module is no longer present and I have 64GB RAM...

No, I also have the Z490 Vision D here. From experience, the OemTableID is only cosmetic. You can also leave it blank.

It‘s the same as yours, but my modified DMAR table has always been shorter than others that I've seen, and I'm on BIOS version F21.

AppleVTD is active and working fine with dropping original DMAR table and loading a modified one. I225-V and AQC107 are also working correctly.
