I got it to work with no DSDT.aml by updating from 10.13.0 to 10.13.6 then the SIP Nvidia driver issues went away as other posts stated, but running a single 1080ti for now. Will very likely need SSDT patches for 2 1080ti but i hope not since most Asus Maximus intel based boards since college...
