Hi, Thanks for the reply. I tried, but there was no effect. It is frustrating because your OC 0.9 build works perfectly well with 13.2. In 13.3, it gets right to the point where you would see the log in screen, but restarts instead.

I too have the boot loop problem. I have decided to try to update to 13.3 again later. I will stay with 13.2 for now.

Hi I have been trying to update my TV server H170 - 7700T - RX560 with OC 8.8. I thought Ventura may be pushing it, so backed off to Catalina. The result is they both stop at this point. Any pointers would be gratefully appreciated :)

Hi pastrychef, It is very kind of you to share all this. I was having a difficult time with Catalina, all sorts of problems and not a lot of time to fix them. I just dropped in your EFI and everything just works! BIG Thank you :-)

Switching the IGFX from Auto to Enabled in the bios did it for me. Cheers!

I am not using Catalina, but you could try these things Use OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000 instead of AptioMemoryFix - You may find EmuVariable okay after that. Remove slide=0 In clover bootloader Clover UEFI Boot Mode + Emulated NVRAM

That is an old motherboard. Are you using UEFI or Legacy Bios?

Yes, I think that is the way to go. It will probably work in Journalled Extended but APFS is better for the newer systems. You might want to research - lenovo laptop format to make sure.
