    pastrychef's Asus ROG Strix Z370-G Gaming (WI-FI AC) build w/ i9-9900K + AMD 6600 XT

On the end I forgot to change the USB connector from the Bluetooth Wifi Broadcom combo card was configured as a USB2 type. Changing to internal type solved wake issue. IODisplayWrangler is always on the bottom I think and is not blocking a successful sleep.

I use your EFI except the MLB / Serial. It's also a Z370PrimeA with 9900K + AMD RX6800XT. It has something to do with the GPU / Monitors Combo I guess. Maybe WhateverGreen? Can I try older version with latest LULU?

Hi! I was prepping my system to upgrade possibly to Sonoma in the near future. I knew I had to fix the USB mapping as described on page 706. Everything works. (I had a power issue with an Apple superdrive I use sometimes to rip my old CDs.) The only problem I have is that my system won't stay in...

Well I had some issues but solved it. Probably because of an error in Config.plist or being too old. I started replacing everything in the EFI folder. After that I filled-in the serials etc and add my USBMap.kext for the USB mappings and enabled it in the config.plist. After that I compared both...

Well that was just a test. When I replace my Radeon 6800XT my issue is exactly as: @Motus9 Kernel Extensions in backtrace: as.vit9696.VirtualSMC(1.3.1)[49AC0DDF-9CCD-3C71-ABF7-9AFE7E5E1DEE]@0xffffff8019563000->0xffffff8019589fff dependency...

Hi, Anybody knows what the best way is to use sidecar? Currently I use the hack based on iMacPro but I can't get it to work. Will it even work with SMBIOS iMacPro? Based on the info from Apple it works but I also read on several hackintosh forums that it doesn't work with SMBIOS iMacPro and need...

    pastrychef's Asus ROG Strix Z370-G Gaming (WI-FI AC) build w/ i9-9900K + AMD 6600 XT

After a while this issue came back. I thought it was an USB device as suggested by Pastrychef. The solution was quite simple. It was one of my monitors (the one with an active USB hub) which caused this issue. The input source had "Auto Select" active. Disable this option, enforcing only to use...

I swapped the AsRock Phantom Gaming RX6900XT for a PowerColour Red Dragon RX6800XT which solved the issues. The people at the pop-up store, where I could return the faulty card, were already laughing when they inspected the surveillance camera's at my entering. They said to each other "there you...

Indeed no worries, Thanks... Just removed the card and enabled iGPU and back again. Do you have any idea if it can be a small issue with my RX6900XT or is it really defective? I was playing today Battlefield 3 which is almost no load for the card (approx 30% on ultra settings) and suddenly my PC...

It looks I have a serious problem with my Asrock phantom gaming RX6900xt which needs to be sent in for replacement. (As soon it gets load it will turn black / under macOS but also in Windows). I need to adjust my hack very soon to use integrated graphics for a while (i9-9900k). Can someone...

I tried to swap out all cables. There was one cable which leads to my Dell monitor Hub connecting mouse and keyboard. I removed first keyboard and after that mouse. When I removed mouse cable system kept in sleep. So I lead the mouse cable with an extension cable to one of the USB ports on the...
