HELP! High Sierra reboots everytime I run Chrome!

If anyone ever faces anything similar, my issue was with USB 3.0 ports. If I have a USB 3.0 device connected to a USB 3.0 port, as soon as Chrome runs the system crashes. Hope it can be useful to some.

HELP! High Sierra reboots everytime I run Chrome!

Now that's weird. I recently installed HS. All was ok (even Chrome) and then suddenly everytime I launch Chrome, zip, reboot! I searched a lot. Seems very uncommon. Couldn't find a solution that works for me. I tried uninstall/reinstall,problem remains(even with appcleaner). It even happens when...

So I did (one more) clean install and now it gives me the clover screen but I only have the option to boot from USB. My OS X drive is not there.

    Blinking underscore post clover

Alright this is a nightmare. 3 days 12 hours a day, still refuses to work. Some help if you will. I managed to upgrade to UEFI bios. Same thing happens. I messed around with the new BIOS options and I realized if I set "Boot mode selection": - Legacy only: does the same thing. blinking...

    Blinking underscore post clover

I don't know what's the case in general but I see 2 clover menus. First one says Boot options, about clover, restart, exit clover etc. then when I click exit clover it takes me to the next screen (but this is where the blinking underscore appears) where I see my drives (SSD HS,Recovery etc)

    Blinking underscore post clover

Thank you, I'm trying to create a boot USB drive to upgrade to UEFI but I can't find a way to do it on a mac. I'll probably do it on a windows pc later but if someone sees it and knows how to do it let me know please. Btw, funny and weird, I managed to install HS and it was working/booting just...

    Blinking underscore post clover

I don't see an EFI folder. I can only see an EFI-Backups folder but it's empty. 0 kb. Is that it? (I also check hidden files) Also should I copy it somewhere specifically ?

    Blinking underscore post clover

I did check for blinking underscore. Some people said about BIOS and/or disconnect other drives which as I said I tried already. It also seems to be a common issue with people who run Windows and OS X on the same computer (I don't). @Feartech do I need to copy the partition? Sorry, not an expert...

    Blinking underscore post clover

Hey, not sure if this a post-installation instead but I think it belongs here. So I installed HS, all good with the installation. I ran multibeast and then restarted. It takes me to clover screen, I press "Exit clover" and then a blinking underscore appears (top left) that stays there forever...

    Best solution for Bella?

By the way I found this: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/solved-z370-f-one-fan-not-working-on-hackintosh.259030/ but there's no option for system fans in my BIOS. Only for my CPU fan.
