On a Probook 4530s running El Capitan, which I always keep up to date, I am loosing audio with every security update. Audio works with the vanilla AppleHDA and to get audio working again after the updates I always have to reinstall the kext. What could be the reason for this? Thanks in advance.

Finally it turned out that updating the BIOS to F60 did it. I still was running on F50 and didn't want to fiddle around on the system when it was running fine. Thanx Rehab.
