Yes, it works fine in Windows. My problem isn't unique -- there are folks having the same issue over on this thread.

I'm having the same problem. Looks like Problem #6, but every suggested fix fails.

After posting my reply, I tried reinstalling all of the HW Monitor plugins except for the GPU plugin. They work fine, with no kernel panics. Too bad the GPU plugin causes problems -- it would be nice to be able to get temperature readings and fan speeds off the GPU too, once I can get it working...

I'm sorry -- the way I phrased that was confusing. I do not have "Inject NVidia" enabled, because from what I read, it doesn't work correctly in 10.12.4 or later.

FakeSMC.kext was not causing the kernel panic. I didn't remove that. It was the FakeSMC GPU plugin that was causing the panic. I removed all of the plugins, but I left the FakeSMC.kext in place. The one I have is newer than the one you uploaded, and it's working fine. I had already done this...
