Check your Bios-Settings (at least turn Vtd and iGPU off). Polaris GPU´s work best in Catalina if you use display port.

Try this EFI. It should work for you. If you don´t have the same MB you have to add usbinjectall.kext and delete the usbports.kext inside or create another one via hackintool (google it).
