Not spoofing anything. Mine is the non K model. Any prohibit issue I had was ALL related to the igpu. If you have it enabled try and turn it off. If it works then you know that’s the issue to fix. I had to jump through hoops to get it working with the igpu enabled and that config is indeed with...
If you like, I still have my working efi folder I was using on 10.14.3. I had both tb3 ports working with Alpine Ridge and bios f7. I will just remove my serial number and you can use yours. Model was iMac pro. I uploaded it here
Everything is Posted here and was 100% working but Mojave has been updated since then and I don’t know if it still works and the TH-C header was plugged in.
I got bummed out that updates kept breaking stuff so went ahead and bought a maxed out new Mac mini and never looked back... it all just...
Did you see that they have cards that have TWO Vega VII pro’s on one card? They connect on the card with something called “Fabric Link” and you can have 2 of those Vega VII Pro Duo cards for a total of 4 GPU’s and 128gb of HBM2 memory?

32GB 2666MHz DDR4
UHD Graphics 630
512GB SSD storage...
With no UEFI on the card I had to enable CMS or it would not boot. It would then boot into MacOS fine but no accelerated graphics. I have not tried the fix posted here nor flashing the card with proper UEFI.
Under Windows the card was just “ok”. They boasted this thing as faster than the 1080ti...
ASRock has released a UEFI BIOS for the Radeon VII. Says because ALL the cards from every manufacturer are the exact same reference build, the ROM works on ANY Radeon VII.

I saw that... GREAT WORK!
I know support is coming but my biggest gripe is the CSM thing. What is up with that? I thought my card was DOA but something told me to reset my BIOS and suddenly my monitor turned on. o_O
