after re-reading the whole guide I found a thread about the Samsung 970 EVO Plus and the latest firmware update that should solve the issue.
Now I feel OK installing macOS on this Hackintosh. I will proceed tomorrow.

I am quite new to Hackintoshes as I built my first one nearly one year ago.
My hardware is:
-Gigabyte Z170-HD3P
- Intel i5-6600 Skylake
- 8GB ram
- Radeon FX570 8GB
- SSD dedicated HD
my first installation was High Sierra which I later updated to Mojave.
So far it worked like a charm...
Updated one week ago from High Sierra to Mojave.
Updated Clover grabbing the version suggested in the first post.
Everything went well. No issues whatsoever.
I just want to let everybody know, perhaps this may help someone else, I solved the problem of the pink screen.
By the way I have three screens connected to this PC/graphic card and only the central one had this issue.
