Not yet, still investigating the issue (skeep issue for me as well).. might be worth looking into this though..

Switching SMBIOS model seemed to do the trick for me.. (in my case I moved from iMac18,1 to iMac19,2), the only issue that it's left is that I have to turn the second monitor off and right back on to get it working, but at least main monitor doesn't go to power saving mode now after boot...
Updated successfully to 10.15.4! Having some issues with Intel graphics though (Intel UHD 630):
after boot I get black screen (monitor actually goes to power saving mode) and I need to switch the monitor off and back on to get it working.. anybody having the same issue?
It don’t think it’s an issue with the config.plist. I can successfully boot with your config but no luck with dual monitor. Maybe upgrading to 10.13.4 would fix the issue, but I’ll have to wait to do that because of compatibility issue with other software.. I’ll update the thread with any news...

Re graphics: unfortunately it doesn't work but it might be related to the 10.13.4 update.. I'm currently on 10.13.3 and I cannot update yet due to...

You will also...
Thanks! which kext are you using (i.e. intelgraphicsfixup)? and what about high Sierra version? USB 3.0 and sleep working just fine here but I know USB patch changed whit the latest high Sierra (10.13.4)
